Recomendation on Las Vegas Limo Service? Does anyone have any recomendations on a limo service for airport transfers in las vegas?

How far is Red Rock Casino and Green Valley Lodge from the Las Vegas Airport? I am trying to gauge how much a cab ride would be, or if we should get the shuttle for $14 each. Or just do limo service for $50.

Fear and loathing las vegas!!!? I am going to vegas this friday.... we are getting picked up at the airport by a limo and dropped off at the tryst club...if you are getting bottle service (4) do you have to pay cover or wait in line? does this applies to other clubs as well???
