Cheap limousine services in chicago ? Im having a birthday party. And its at a beach and a penthouse. Theres gonna be about 20 people there. I need some way to get all the people to the penthouse. So i wanted to take a limo. (if theres any other thing you could think of to get them to the penthouse , tell me). Everything i have been finding is by the hour. And has a minimum of 3 hours.
